Overview

SharpEye Technology LLC offers a 15-day refund policy for programming development services, applicable only if the service has not commenced and no deliverables have been provided. Once development work starts (as confirmed by project kick-off or deliverable submission), all sales are final and non-refundable.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Eligible for Refund:
    • Services canceled within 15 days of payment, with no coding, design, or project work initiated.
    • Quoted services that remain unaccepted and undeveloped due to mutual agreement.
  • Ineligible for Refund:
    • Any service where development has started (e.g., code commits, API designs, database schemas provided).
    • Custom solutions tailored to specific client requirements or ongoing project milestones.

Return Process

  1. Submit a cancellation request via email to support@sharpeyetechnology.online within 15 days of payment, including your order number and reason for cancellation.
  2. Our team will verify project status within 3 business days and confirm refund eligibility.
  3. For approved refunds, the amount will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be considered for projects where scope is reduced before work begins, subject to written agreement and pro-rata pricing based on uninitiated deliverables.

Service Warranty

  • All delivered code is guaranteed bug-free for 30 days post-completion.
  • Bug fixes during the warranty period are provided at no cost, excluding changes in requirements or third-party integration issues.

Refund Delays

If a refund is not received within 7 business days of approval:
  1. Check your payment provider statement for processing delays (3–5 additional days may apply).
  2. Contact your credit card company or bank to confirm pending transactions.
