Service Agreement

All programming development services provided by SharpEye Technology LLC are governed by a formal agreement between the client and our company. By requesting services through sharpeyetechnology.online, you acknowledge acceptance of these terms, as well as any project-specific scope documents or quotations provided.

Billing Terms

  • Payment Structure: All services are one-time transactions based on project scope. There are no recurring subscriptions or hidden fees unless explicitly stated in writing.
  • Quotations: Pricing is valid for 30 days from the date of the quotation. Changes to project requirements may result in revised pricing.
  • Billing Description: Transactions on your payment statement will appear as sharpeyetechnology.online for clear identification.

Project Scope & Changes

  • Scope Definition: The project scope is defined in the initial quotation, including deliverables, timelines, and technical specifications.
  • Change Requests: Additional requirements or modifications to the agreed scope may incur extra charges. All changes must be approved in writing, with revised timelines and costs provided before work proceeds.

Intellectual Property

  • Upon full payment, clients receive non-exclusive, perpetual rights to use the delivered code, designs, and documentation for their intended purpose.
  • SharpEye Technology LLC retains the right to showcase anonymized project details in our portfolio unless otherwise specified in writing.
  • Third-party tools, libraries, or frameworks used in development are subject to their respective licensing terms, which will be disclosed to clients.

Confidentiality

We agree to treat all client data, project details, and business information as confidential. This obligation remains in effect for 3 years after project completion, except for information that is publicly available or required to be disclosed by law.

Limitation of Liability

  • SharpEye Technology LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, or data loss) arising from service delivery or use of our solutions.
  • Our total liability for any claim related to services provided shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific project.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pima County, Arizona.

Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The revised version will be posted on sharpeyetechnology.online with a “Last Updated” date, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
